Great book!

This is a great book and has a lot of good information on how to lose weight fast. I believe that using the strategies in this book it could be the fastest way to lose weight. I have already lost weight within a few days since I got this book. Definitely recommended!

English does not seem like the authors first language

I was expecting some sort of guide to use HIIT with sprints for weight loss, but this book provides nothing of the sort. Also, English does not seem like the authors first language, and I think it would have benefitted from having someone edit it first.

The information is good, but the Kindle book is in desperate need of proofreading and editing. Try some sourcing, too. It would do wonders for credibility.
