This is an ideal starting point for newcomers to the ketogenic diet. If you're like me, you could lose a few (or more) pounds. I've already dropped a noticeable amount of weight following Sally's recipes. Also feeling much healthier, a lot stronger and less tired. It's easy to stick to these recipes because the meals are not difficult to prepare and they taste great. I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. I'm eating as healthy as I ever have and seeing the positive results in the mirror and when I put on my clothes.

Do you know someone who is struggling to lose weight? Do that person a favor and tell them about the keto diet. In fact, give them a copy of this book as a gift. It may just change their life!

Already noticing the positive effects of these powerful recipes!

This is a great book! I've recently turned 50 and for the sake of my family I want to put more focus on a healthy lifestyle. The recipes in this book are just what I was looking for. A ketogenic diet is exactly what my bloated and tired body needed! The spare tire around my midsection is shrinking and the great thing is that I don't have to be hungry or count calories. I've also already noticed an increase in my energy levels. So I will definitely continue. There are a lot of delicious and easy to prepare recipies here (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Thank you for this book Sally, it's perfect for someone like me who is new to the Keto diet principle!

Thank you so much for sending me this book! I just finished reading and it looks like I'm going to be able to do just about all of the recipes in here without having to go to a grocery store other than my usual. Love the simplicity and I'm a sucker for breakfast recipes and these look really good.
