To me it is important that the route to the result is attractive,” writes Roberto Martínez, the architect of much of the new style of play.
The beginning was not easy the whole squad had to adapt and commit themselves to playing the new Swansea way. Guillermo Bauza, another of the Spaniards who proudly wore the Swansea shirt, remembers that the fans were cautious of the new style and it was not readily accepted in some quarters: “When the fans watch a typical English football match, they know what to expect, they know when to cheer the team on. But with so many passes they became disoriented.”

He also collaborates with several spanish radio stations and websites. He is @pablog_ and @libroloscisnes on twitter. "Los Cisnes" ("Spanish Swans") is his first book. His interest in Swansea City FC started in 2007 when Roberto Martínez became Swans manager and has increased with each new spanish players arrival. He travelled to Wales in 2013 and interviewed more than 30 people before writing the book. Roberto Martínez is the prologue's author and Angel Rangel, the spanish player who has played the most matches for Swansea City, includes his diary of the Swans first Premier League season.

Good Look at Swansea Football.

Very good book for swansea fans and fans of Roberto Martinez. Also interesting look at 2011-12 season from Angel Rangel. Not exceptional in any way but a good read. If not a Swans fan, not essential but still readable.
