It looks like someone ghost penned it at best

This is the "signed copy" version of this book. The autograph is a on a sticker that was then stuck on the first page in the book. It looks like someone ghost penned it at best. I wouldn't recommend bothering to pay the extra dollar when you could probably do a better job yourself.
As for the recipes, this is probably his best so far because of the number of pictures and the choices. For comparison, my other favorites from him are "From Emeril's Kitchen" and "Emeril's Potluck." There are repeats of recipes from other books such as the banana cream pie, but they are different/updated from the ones I know from the other books. The appetizers section is the only weak part of the book.
Realistically, most of these recipes are available online, so it is not a must have. but if you are like me, I prefer to look through books so it is a worthwhile addition. I do wonder if this is actually a property of convicted felon Martha Stewart since she owns his original 12 cookbooks?

This signed edition is literally a signature on a sticky nametag. The quote from Emeril that the seller has is really misleading. Wish I had saved my money and just bought the regular cookbook

Book is great but the autograph is a signed sticker which looks like a two year placed in the book. It was crooked and not professional at all. I returned this and reordered. The second books sticker was even worse. If your main reason for buying this is because it signed stay away.
